To do this first stop Transaction Broker by pressing the red cross:
Then press the error display button (the thumb down icon), in the window that loads select Datalink as ‘WEB ORDERS’, the Transaction as ‘SO/SOO’ and the Status as ‘Errors’:
This will display any order that has an error. You can then click on a line of the order and at the bottom of the page you will see the error description.
The easiest was to re-process all orders is to press the ‘Mark all as correct’ button indicated below (its correctly blurred out as there are no orders with errors):
Then once you have marked all as corrected you re-start transaction broker:
You can force TB to run straight away by pressing the run now button:
This will then re-process the orders and the error count will stay at zero if it is now ok.
